Live Stock Sync

Point this shop at a folder on this computer where billing software (Marg, Max, Busy, Tally, etc.) saves the latest Excel/CSV. ZepMed reads the newest file and updates only this seller’s inventory — not other shops, not the admin catalogue.

How it works: 1) Export stock from billing into one folder (overwrite or a new dated file). 2) Click Select export folder (Chrome or Edge). 3) Turn on Watch folder and Auto-sync. Keep the seller panel open. Every ~20 seconds we pick the newest .xlsx / .xls / csv and set live stock for matching products.

Gels/tubes/pcs: leave strip size 1 and loose off. Tablet strips: enter how many tablets are in one strip (7, 8, 10, 15…) then tick Sale loose. Tablet price = strip price ÷ strip size.
